Vilma's lawsuits were filed in Federal district courts...

Not sure if I wouldn't file additional suits in Louisiana courts. The basis for the Louisiana legal system is based on Napoleonic law. The other states have legal systems based on English Common law.

Just the minor differences could make for an interesting outcome.
