Seems that Ricky Williams finds himself in a sticky situation with the league over his 2nd failed substance abuse test since joining the Dolphins. The Palm Beach Post reported friday that Williams faces a $650,000 fine the league imposed for testing positive for marijuana when tested December 10th, 2003. He is appealing. Another failed test would result in a 4 game suspension. It has not been disclosed what substance he tested positive for in the first. Could it be that big Rick has a thing for the ganga mon?

Well, now we know why he didn all those interviews with his helmet on. With that visor, no one could tell he was stoned! :D
