New Orleans Saints announce 2012 training camp schedule, practice with New England Patriots
 

The New Orleans Saints announced their 2012 training camp schedule as well as a two-day practice with the New England Patriots in Foxborough, Massachusetts from August 7-8.

The Saints will open training camp on Tuesday, July 24, when all players under contract report for physicals, meeting and conditioning.

Non-padded practice sessions will begin on Thursday, July 26, with padded practice sessions commencing on Saturday, July 28. Training camp will continue until Friday, August 16.

Practicing with the Patriots will benefit our team and help with the cohesiveness from a structured practice. Especially with the absence of Coach Payton.
I believe that we greatly benefit from joint practices where the tempo is more upbeat and people start to lose their cool. Yes, I am talking about a good old fashioned fist fight and brawl(something reminiscent of John Wayne). Dont't forget that we play them in a preseason game after the practices together.
When we compete against other teams it builds the intensity level and cements the bonds of unity in our team.
