SAN DIEGO (AP) -- The San Diego Chargers have released defensive end Luis Castillo.

The seven-year veteran was a standout for the Chargers for much of his career, starting 79 of the 82 games he played, with 276 tackles, including 43 for a loss and 19 sacks

I doubt he can pass a physical, had to be something wrong in his rehabilitation

Might be a good pick up if his leg is healed and hold's up though

Bring him in. If he's healthy enough, give him a chance to earn a spot.

Good player. Fractured tibia Sept 2011 which can take a year to heal.
He's not ready but late in the season, somebody will pick him up.

Can't hurt to bring him in, if 3 chargers players excel on our team it would be amazing lol

if he's on the roster opening day, have to pay him for the year. Maybe pick him up monday after first game
