Don't count out the Lions. If Stafford stays healthy again they're a very good team on both sides of the ball. I'll worry about the 9ers if Smith starts the season with the same success he had last year. I tend to believe that he won't. I think last year was the exception rather than the rule with him. But time will tell.

49ers for me.
As others have said the loss to the Rams cost us badly last year. At home we are favourite against anyone on the road and it goes the other way. |
I think Green Bay and/or SanFran in the second round are the preseason pick as the biggest threats to the Saints ... it escapes me, but Green Bay has done something to shore up their defense, otherwise my pick would have just been SanFran ... I almost included the Giants, but I agree that they lucked out not having to go through NO last season on their way to the SuperBowl ... my comic-relief pick is the Minnesota Vikings,.

I'm saying Green Bay, any team with a losing record, rg's legal team, and the team of replacement refs.

49ers, Pack, Eagles.
Lions are beginning to self destruct. |

I think the Lions will be good and tough. I think the Eagles could choke again. |
Cowboys, Eagles, Giants, Lions, Packers, Bears, and 49ers concern me the most.

They're still young and strong, but I know what you mean. Personally think their head coach needs to tighten up that ship, discipline-wise, if he's capable. |
