Assuming you meant this as a question and would like some hard facts to support Pak\'s statement, check out Trotter\'s last two season\'s stats. http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/12774 What exactly is your definition of has-been, my friend? Don\'t get me wrong, I would like to see Trotter come in, but I don\'t think having him here is absolutely necessary for our success on defense this season. Watching Watson, Grant and Ruff compete would be great as far as I am concerned. Trotter would simply be a nice addition for depth and experience. Sadly, most teams won\'t share your assessment of Trotter, making him a bit too expensive for what our FO will be willing to spend. Honestly, I can\'t say that I\'d disagree with them with an improved Dline sure to make whoever\'s at the mike look better this year. .02 |
