This is unchartered waters so no one really knows.

My opinion is that Sean has built a system here that should be able to run on cruize control for a year. Like others have said, he takes a hands off approach on defense so that side of the ball should be the same with or without Sean.

His offense should also run smoothly in his absense due to the verteran staff and a veteran roster and probably the best On-Field coach in the entire NFL not named Peyton Manning.

I think we can stay elite for at least one year without Payton.
