I hate the collars! It throws off the entire uniform. And I'm pretty sure we will still have all black

That collar crap is throw back.... Resembles a neckbrace from when I was in HS, where the tips of the wings were holes with strings run through them to secure the front part..

The pants almost look too light in color, and those gloves have got to go.

If the photographer knew how to focus it might help..
