CHALMETTE, LOUISIANA
takes a back seat to nowhere when it comes to dance queens. Most outsiders would probably be thinking, did you say Chalmette? Their community actually dominates dance competition year in year out on the statewide level. Consider the following: 6 out of the 28 Saintsations selected for the 2004 squad call Chalmette home. Out of the entire region and over 300 girls that tried out, they make up over 1 out of every 5 girls who got selected. Oh by the way, I'm not from Chalmette, La. Everyone knows I'm from the North (Goal) Pole.
