Just thinking; nickel 80% of the time... A good rushing team will kill you, if you stay in nickel

Mike Nolan shut Ray Rice out for the time he was in and it has worked with every other D he has coached, so Im not worried. On another note how is Spags coming along?

Very well, 4 turnovers in 2 games... Held Tom Brady to 0 points with a sack fumble which Lofton recovered, and that's without our starting CBs in the game

You might wanna look that up. The Giants, Redskins and Jets went from just above average to average over the time Nolan was there. The only really good defense Nolan ever coached was with the Ravens and that was just after Ed Reed joined the team.

Does Atlanta have a combo like Ed Reed and Ray Lewis?

One or maybe both of your LBs when your in nickel is going to be busy with Graham and David Thomas/Michael Higgins our TE's... That's when the middle is wide open

That's what I was thinking. Ingram's gonna have a field day running up the middle if they substitute the mike backer for a corner 80% of the time.

Ingram cant bust a grape with a sledge hammer, were not afraid of him our run D is our biggest strength the only RB were worried about is Sproles.
