Saints rookie OG Andrew Tiller underwent surgery Friday to repair a torn triceps muscle.

Tiller's agent acknowledged that his client is headed to injured reserve. (Tiller, officially, will be waived/injured.) A sixth-round pick out of Syracuse, Tiller was going to be on the roster bubble this preseason regardless.
