Those examples don't really apply in this case. Roethlisberger is not a running quarterback, for one, but he played horribly with that injury last year. Gronkowski obviously has to run, but as I remember, he was a complete non factor in the Superbowl and the Patriots lost.
So this isn't something to take lightly. If they manage him right he'll be ok, so it's not panic time, but it is legitimate cause for concern. |
