Thank you, Steve Gleason, for at least providing some sensible perspective on the New Orleans Saints bounty scandal that has rocked the NFL. You said something that should've been stated months ago. You gave credence to the fact that the team's bounty program shouldn't have been so easily dismissed by current players. You also did something that shouldn't be underestimated: You showed that it's OK for somebody tied to that team to take issue with how the Saints conducted business.

The reporting is still slanted (in support of Der Kommisar and the league) and omits the statements by players under oath like they never occurred.

Just another attempt to vilify the Saints and one more thing to put on the wall for motivation.

Godhell would rather use Gleason and continue to misinform the public than take any responsibility himself. It's disgusting really.

This article is not about what Gleason actually said. We already went through this when the story broke, misquoting of Steve Gleason's interview...old news and factually incorrect,nothing here to see but slanting whatever already happened to suit your point of view...give us something new on the story please. I am willing to bet money that this dude has never talked to Steve Gleason in his life and didn't know who he was prior to March of this year....

ESPN continues to be worthless. I beg you all to just stop frequenting the place. I only drop by their every now and then to tell Pat Yasinskas how completely worthless his blog is. All the Saints news that IS news can be found right here. Boycott E-SPIN. It's the right thing to do.
