My loathing for Goodell grows greater by the day!!

The New Orleans Saints had hoped general manager Mickey Loomis could remain a stabilizing front-office force following the heavy damage caused to the area by Hurricane Isaac.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell allegedly displayed sympathy – to a point.

A league source told FOXSports.com that Goodell was willing to toll Loomis’ pending eight-game suspension heading into Week 1 of the regular season. Goodell, though, wanted to extend Loomis’ ban to Week 9 rather than throw a small bone to a franchise rocked by severe weather and the bounty scandal that generated team-wide sanctions.

Saints owner Tom Benson unsuccessfully petitioned Goodell to give Loomis a break and waive one week of the suspension under the difficult circumstances, the source said. Goodell didn’t bite, the source said.

This is what ABSOLUTELY fks me up about all of this.

Loomis cant come back until week 7 because there is a BYE week in week 6... Yet Hargrove does not even have to be on a roster for the first 1/2 the season and his suspension is satisfied...


WTF?

So Loomis is suspended 6 games... not weeks.
Hargrove is suspended from September 9th -November 28th.... Doesnt matter how many games or weeks he is even an NFL football player.

lol, Now that the trade deadline has been moved back, Goodell is just trying to make a way for Loomis to miss it again:

And this is the leadership and logic under Roger Goodell. It's "WFT" insane. There IS NO Logic. I maddens me to NO END that we see these kinds of things and the media either doesn't or mostly likely simply refuses to attack the man where it is warranted.

Roger simply must burn.

Don't worry about Lommis, we ALL know that job he has taken with the Hornets is nothing but a front. Dude will keep earning his pay checks, and we all know he is going to be calling the shots while on suspension.

When does the suspension actually start? This Sunday at midnight? At the start at the thursday night game? 11:59:59 am on 9/9?
