Expect Berrigan to make some sort of ruling today.

She sat on it long enough that the league will not have time file an appeal to keep the guys from playing Sunday :-)

Perhaps she feels that this issue with the attorneys could be used to overturn her case later in another court. I'm no lawyer.....just thinkin'.
