On Monday Night Football, Terry Bradshaw was very vocal about the plight of the New Orleans Saints and the mistreatment of the team, at the hands of NFL Commissioner, Roger Goodell...this is what he said on air!!!

"I'm gonna look at this from a fan's perspective. There was a show I used to watch a few years back called 'Winning Corporate Strategies.' I loved this attorney. He never lost a case. His name was Jerry Spence, from Wyoming. Remember that guy? He had a great voice. This guy was always about reasonable doubt. And as a fan, I'm sitting back there, as a Saints fan, and I'm thinking, 'Mr. Commissioner, you just nailed me. You took my coach away, my general manager away, my players were suspended, my assistant coach is out for six games. And I'm pretty upset, and you're telling me you've got all this evidence to support all this suspension. And I'm telling you right now, I'd like to see ALL the evidence. Show it to us, every bit of it, to all of us fans out there, so we can trust the NFL when they say "Yes, sirree, You are guilty." Well, put it out there, let me look at it, and I'll say, "You know what? You were right, and I'll support what you're saying, what you've done to my New Orleans Saints."' But I totally disagree with this. I'd like to see this thing go to court and have these coaches get up there, and show me that evidence, and how you can do this to Sean Payton and the New Orleans Saints, and especially that franchise and that great town. I'm TICKED OFF about the whole thing."

I just read this, didn't hear it for myself. just wondering if anyone heard this for sure. If so.... WHO DAT!

I heard about this, but I heard it was Sunday on Fox. I also heard he was literally beating his hands on the desk, and that Jimmy Johnson stood up and applauded him!! Good stuff indeed!!

It was on Fox before the game.
No ovations or anything.

BUT, Jimmy, JB, Howie and Strahan were sitting there with their mouths wide open. You could have flown a 747 between the gaps in their mouths.

Terri Bradshaw comes off as an idiot at times, a clown, etc. But he's not short for words and he usually says what he feels. The media, as a whole, reported the lack of jurisdiction in the NFL's case and it was seen as a huge hypocrisy from an attorney Commissioner and a team of 10 other attorneys working with him.

People began to ask "if they got their own jurisdiction wrong, what else did they get wrong here?"

I heard Bradshaw live on Fox too. He delivered that one from the heart, very lively.

Well I heard it myself on Sunday morning. Bradshaw said all this on the air on the Fox Pre-game show on Sunday morning. He was fired up about it and got his point across about Goodell and his "just trust me, I have the evidence right here, but you can't see it" attitude. Jimmy Johnson also agreed with the points he made. It was one of Terry's most impressive moments on the show.
