CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- If Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has any resentment toward the New Orleans Saints he isn't making it public.
Newton downplayed being one of a handful of quarterbacks the NFL said was at the center of the Saints' bounty scandal. He will face New Orleans on Sunday in Charlotte for the first time since the NFL levied fines and suspensions against the Saints.

''I'm not going to speak on something that was last year,'' Newton said, quickly dismissing the topic. ''That was last year, and I'm going to keep it at that.''

I like Cam better for his reaction. He's over it. At least he says so.

I dont have to dislike the opponent for me to still want the Saints to kick azz.

O.K. it's wednesday, hump day. I'm going to stop doing the "wowe is me" act. I'm officially getting ready for the next game. This is when I will stop watching & reading the talking heads. It's a distraction that leads to doubt or makes me anxious or angry or all of the above.
