I do not usually agree with anything Pat says, but I can't argue with this. There needs to be some urgency.


It really does concern me that our coaches seem to think we improved from last week some how...

In my opinion if the season continues the way it has started the coaching staff needs to be cleaned out starting with spags. I will not accept mediocrity from this team, we have come too far.

The only improvement is that we were able to wipe with less paper, but we still had to wipe because we still took a dump. I guess some call that progress. I do not.

I think the offense improved... The defense is gonna take a few games with the new scheme, I guess. Or they won't get it at all :roflmao:

Only improvement was no 40 burger dropped on the D.

Panic? No

Realization that the D still sucks? Yes

Hopes for hosting the Superbowl? Slim to none, and slim checked out of town today.

I'm not seeing an improvement as much as I see a weapon we didn't realize we had. We have horses, a LOT of them, and an o-line that fails at pass blocking, but blows holes for runs, pushes the line and blocks well for the screen pass.

If we move to more ball control and keep the pressure off the defense, waste some serious clock, I see some wins in our future.

Oh, BTW, a ball control/screen pass heavy offense WILL pick apart the Green Bay defense.... just sayin'

That is what i saying Halo! Run the damn ball chew up the clock, that will help the d out. Once again our O will have to bail our D out this season.

Our O isn't going to bail anyone out this season, we showed we can run the ball and PT is a beast but the O line is terrible and drew is throwing it straight to the DB's

With GW atleast we got a couple stops, I don't think we've forced a team to punt yet this season

With the blown coverages and 30-60 yard pass plays, doesn't matter how long the offense is on the field when the opposition marches right back down the field and undoes any positive we just accomplished. The defense showed a few positive signs yesterday, but that is not going to get it done.

No doubt in my mind we can turn it around, but it starts with the D in my opinion. If we turn the season around it will be the defense that steps up and makes it happen.
