Falcons running back Turner charged with DUI following win

"Just hours after helping his team beat the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football, Falcons running back Michael Turner was in the Gwinnett County Jail, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Turner, 30, of Suwanee, was booked into the jail just after 5 a.m., and was released about two hours later on $2,179 bond, according to jail records."

Will he even miss a game because of this? I mean, Donte Stallworth ran over someone while driving his car under the influence and only missed a year, right? So, unless you actually kill someone, or are a Saint, you are pretty much free to do whatever you want...

Athletes get arrested for DUI almost every week these days so how is this a tarnishing image?

I'm beginning to think its a resume enhancement.

Its becoming a "my thugs are better than your thugs" league. And the NFL network lineups aren't much better.

According to the article he was arrested, condone it or not the guy landed in jail. Guess he won't be driving the Play 60 Bus next time.
Also glad to see the Trolls haven't given up on us yet!
