Re: Officials got every review WRONG
Stop pissin and moaning about Bowe pushing off, thats the way they called the game, they were successful, we weren't. Relax fellas, last thing we need is dissension among the ranks. Everyone's sick and pissed, there's just too much to belly ache about, offensively, defensively and special teams (if Roby sticks with his block on the punt the ball goes into the end zone). Lets vent and have another cocktail.

Re: Officials got every review WRONG
Yes we look lost out there but yes we can blame some of it on horrible officiating. Not enough evidence to overturn the call on the field on what should have been a td by PT. They also missed a blatant holding call on Tez when Charles had the 91 yard run. Tez was tackled, should have been half the distance1st and 15 from the 5 and Charles would have been sucWwwking wind on the sidline, maybe our d makes a stop with what would have been increased crowd noise and the chiefs backed up.And actually on the safety we got lucky because it should have been a fumble recovered by the chiefs on the 5. These refs suck as much as we do right now and they are missing a lot of calls. They are not the only reason we lost but they did cost us 14 points

Re: Officials got every review WRONG
This game was a professional nightmare. We got called for holding everytime one of our players even thouhght about holding, yet KC was tackling our players and all I heard was crickets. All the wrong reviews by these wannabe officials was nothing more than an embarrasment to the Saints, Kansas City and the whole National Football League. Half the time the refs were standing around playing rock paper scissors trying to figure out what the play was, what the penalty was, or where to spot the ball. This was an absolute officiating disaster. We have this same officiating conversaton each week. Why is this allowed to continue? Sure, we stunk up the Superdome today, and so did Kansas City. But the Refs cost us a lot of points this afternoon. We can't say we lost because of the refs, but they damn sure helped KC every chance they got. Their calls became predictable and it was driving me crazy. Hell, I'm getting pissed off just typing this.

Re: Officials got every review WRONG
This post is on point. Terrible play aside, these foot locker losers, need to go. They cost us 14 points today. Don King needs glasses. Can't stand to see officials having this much control over games..... And Goodell is a douche, and needs to go away. He's a cancer to the NFL.

Re: Officials got every review WRONG
Brees was out of the end zone and wasn't in an "in the grass" situation that precluded him from getting the ball across the goal plane to keep that play from being a safety. He did a tremendous job getting the ball out to a safe area but the ref and replay moron blew it calling the sack complete because he was spinning around. Bull$hit "safety" call is what I'm sure they'll call it when discussed further during the week (BS!!!). And that play wouldn't have been a fumble anyways, ground can't cause a fumble, period! He wasn't losing control of the ball, he was making sure it was fully out of the endzone and in a safe spot.
That's my take anyways, hopefully I'll get to see more footage that shows me more of what you guys were seeing. I missed the first half and missed the Lance and PT plays. Refs didn't play horribly on Def but they caused points to be taken off the boards and like it or not inserted themselves into the equation by poor calls/non-calls. I just pitty the poor walls in Sean Payton's house, I'm sure there are a few more holes that require patching after this game. Though I do wish I was a contractor in the DFW area as it appears they'll have at least another 13 weeks of work if the season persists this way. |
