If the Saints want to leave Lambeau Field with their first win of the season, they must avoid last season's storyline vs. the Packers: falling behind and running out of time to rally. The Saints trailed by 15 points with less than six minutes remaining before Drew Brees found Jimmy Graham for a 5-yard touchdown and after the defense forced a punt, Mark Ingram was unable to reach the end zone. So far this season, the Saints have made this mistake against Washington and Carolina, playing both games from behind, and lost both. Get to Rodgers before he gets to end zone During Green Bay's controversial 14-12 loss to Seattle on Monday Night Football, quarterback Aaron Rodgers was sacked eight times - all in the second half. While his offense was able to make adjustments, it exposed a chip in the armor, one the Saints defense would be smart to take advantage of. Rodgers is, like any other NFL quarterback; only as good as the offensive line and running backs pass protecting him. During the first half, Green Bay was shut out in the first half.
