Smart move, IMO. Have a guy who has a fairly good arm & accuracy (i.e.: Seneca Wallace) come in and play throw & catch for the potential wideouts. Also, it doesn't jeopardize your QB's health (or CBA restrictions with the NFLPA or Union). Had we brought in Seneca Wallace by himself, you'd have to scratch your head in disbelief. But with all those other guys trying out at WR, that's a lot of passes to throw. Good move by the Saints. |
