It's simple Florio - if the glove does not fit, you must acquit!

The burden of proof lies with the NFL. And if you're not willing to disclose evidence (real evidence) then you cannot continue to keep players out of the game.

If this implodes and is dismissed, and we lost our head coach for nothing, it should result in Goodell's job.

It should, but, it won't. What I would like to see is the results of being a commissioner who loses a defamation of character lawsuit to one of the players in your league. Not a bright spot in your career and definitely something the owners would not like.
