Did any one else hear coach dungy talk good about us last night?
 

during last nights game during the packers/texans game at halftime coach dungy was asked who he thinks the best team in the league is right now.. he was asked about the falcons and dungy wasnt impressed he was asked about the texans and shook his head no the patriots shook his head no and they said something to the extent that "the falcons were undefeated" and coach dungy said just let the saints go 9-7 10-6 and get a wild card... seems like he is the only one besides us fans that actually knows what kind of team we have. It actually kinda shocked me... anyway i thought it was very awesome, did anyone else hear this??

I didn't actually hear it but I read about it... It was basically a HUGE diss of the Atlanta Falcons, in effect saying that if the Saints can squeak into the playoffs, as the bottom seed, then it would be easy for them to beat Atlanta, even in Atlanta, even if Atlanta was a #1 or #2 seed. It was almost a bigger diss of the Falcons than it was in support of the Saints...he was basically crapping on the Falcons' playoff performances, but hey, I'll take it!

Yes, I heard what he said, it was more like he was implying that the Saints would beat them because of their soft defense and inconsistency on offense. That's if the saints made the playoffs. This is how I took it!!!!!!!!!

Yeah that's true. But I also liked the fact he didn't say anything positive about any other team. I thought that was good!

If the saints can get their defense together, I believe they can beat the Falcons and the rest of the teams in their division. I've seen improvements but needs to continue to improve.

You can bet if we can get our defense half figured out we'll strike fear into people.

Atlanta is about to be 6-3. We have our own business to take care of - heck we didn't play last week and our defense is STILL dead last, but it won't take much...

I think they'll lose @ Carolina, and I wouldn't be surprised if Tampa doesn't take a game from them too. I'll trade you those two for Arizona, cause I think they beat the Cards...

Atlanta is not 6-0 because they are good. They are 6-0 because they have the 6th weakest schedule in the league and the ball bounces their way.

I hate the Falcons but lets be real,they are winning the close ones and we are loosing them.I refuse to sit here and dog them when They are unbeaten and we cant even beat washington.Then we lost to the Panthers and the Chiefs.With as good of a team we have,we should be still killing those teams.Hopefully i can talk some smack before next year.

The NFL loves Arthur and the Home Depot sponsor money. The League has it's favorite teams and also the black list teams. We seemed to have faded to black real quick.

I hate the Falcons big time, but lets get real. They are 6-0 because they are beating teams that they are supposed to beat. That is the first step in having a highly successful season. When a team struggles against teams they are supposed to beat, say the Saints, then you get a 1-4 start. We all know the Saints are a better team than the Falcons, but seriously, you are what your record says you are. Falcons are getting it done, the Saints are not. One point that Dungy is correct, if the Saints do happen to sneak into the playoffs, they are potentially everyone's worst nightmare.
