So how is this not on Goodell's suspenion list?

If the Saints are coming under all this fire and damnation; how come the Jets are not under investigation? Isn't this following statement, premeditation?

"We want to knock him out, but we're out to do it legally," linebacker Aaron Maybin said.

"Every time he sees me, he will remember that hit," Landry said. "If I'm in the box or I'm going downhill, he'll remember that hit."

"If I get penalized, I'm not going to stop head-hunting," he said. "I'm not going to stop the way I play."

What's the difference? The NFL says it punished us because our players were purposefully trying to hurt other players. The World, to include players and former players were shocked by "What our team did". Why is this not plastered all over the news?!?!?!?!
