I'm going over to Denver for the game. I'll be sittin so high up that I'll have to duck when the blimp goes over but you can bet I'll be watching Vitt on the sideline with my binoculars.

Excited? Not exactly.
Curious? Absolutely. |
Re: OMG who else is freaking excited?!?!?
OMG! I'm super excited. The suspense is killing me. I loved how he said in a press conference where he said "every team will get our best shot" "every team better circle is on their schedule cause were gonna bring it week in and week out" or something to that extent. I love his passion.

Re: OMG who else is freaking excited?!?!?
In order for us to win this game, the defense is going to have to play their best so far.

Re: OMG who else is freaking excited?!?!?
I think we beat the Broncos, but it's gonna be a high-scoring affair. Not gonna see that defensive improvement we're all salivating over this Sunday.

Re: OMG who else is freaking excited?!?!?
I have said this in a few posts.........Kromer seemed very apathetic on the sideline. No fire and no passion. It looks like no one is held accountable on the sidelines after a terrible play. That does not seem like the case when Vitt will be on the sideline, he is a lot like Payton where there will be hell to pay if you where the wrong cleats or jump offsides. One of my favorite lines from our Super Bowl run was when a player had a late hit and he goes to the sideline and Payton says "Do you think you are worth 15 yards? You are NOT!" it is that type of thing that resonates with players. Put jobs on the line.
This post was longer than I expected.......I think the answer is YES! I am excited. |
Re: OMG who else is freaking excited?!?!?
I wonder if we'll see an improvement in the running game now that Kromer can put all his focus back on the O-line and running game coordination?!
As for Vitt being back... yes, I am very excited, but I don't expect a considerable change in the way the team plays. |
Vitt brings an attitude we have been missing on our sidelines.

Re: OMG who else is freaking excited?!?!?
Tremendously excited. I expect them to pull out all the stops, we are probably going to see some Payton-esque, Ambush, flea flicker, fake field goal, go for the jugular, type stuff. I think it's gonna be a "shock the world" statement game.
