I don't understand This

We paid big bucks for this guy, he's been injured since week 3 and was listed as probable this week after practicing all week

And he's inactive?

I've been critical of Loomis and the FO FA Scouting; but this was a good signing at the time; Hawthorne can't get right...

I really liked the signing (of Hawthorne) and, naturally, it has been a disappointment that he has been struggling to get healthy and to stay healthy, but I'm glad he'll be under contract come next season.

He is a really good LB. and I don't think we should be calling for getting rid of him, because there would be many teams wanting to have a guy like that on their roster.

Again, it's unfortunate that he hasn't been able to play, but that is just how it goes sometimes.
