Although some optimistic reports suggested Sproles could return this week after missing just one game, the Saints never put a timetable on his injury. Consider him "week to week." New Orleans employed a three-back timeshare in Sproles' absence last Monday night against the Eagles, essentially distributing touches evenly between Pierre Thomas, Chris Ivory, and Mark Ingram.
