Because even though Strief is not a good player, the last time charles brown started, brees got sacked 6 times and we lost to the rams

C'mon Danno... You can't possibly believe that Charles Brown is the same as Strief. Brown has been absolutely horrible every time he's started at RT. Yes, yes.... Strief hasn't had a great season... But Brown is terrible.

I know the Saints need a lot of talent on the defensive side of the ball but they really have to address the lack of depth at the offensive tackle position soon.

OK, fair enough. There was a reason Strief was starting over Brown to begin with.

How about this instead...

I see it as a player (Brown) with at best questionble skills, little to no experience, who's never been healthy, filling in for (Strief) a good, solid, not great, two plus year starter. Then, absolutely no depth behind Bushrod and Brown. Hopefully, but I won't hold my breath, lol, the Saints will truly have a more balanced attack with the edge, maybe, possibly, we can only dream, going to the run. But, as long as they win, I don't care. WHO DAT!
