You right SP and BB would never do that, but Smith is just a regular or subpar coach, and pretty much copied what SP built in NO. I dont see him being decisive or owning the team, if that makes sense. Smith is just a LB coach, and DC with Jacksonville. I don't see anything changing. I dont think he has the ability to do what your right about.

The Saints don't do that, because the Saints players are a reflection of their leaders: Drew and Vilma, as they are a reflection of the HC. And of course, they have been there and done that.

4th down is a sore subject for melty ice and mike smith, 2011 we won when smith went for it on 4th and 1, stopped the falcons this year on 2 4th downs
