New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees says he's been lucky to remain so healthy since coming to Saints
 

Although he arrived in New Orleans in 2006 still rehabbing a shoulder that some thought might not ever fully heal, Brees has returned stronger than ever and hasn't missed a single snap because of injury with the Saints.

Throughout his 6 ½ seasons with the Saints, Brees has typically avoided violent hits, as the Saints' offensive line has regularly graded out among the best in the NFL during that span.

Oh Geez, hopefully this isn't like the basketball announcer that spouts out, "Hey, Fred hasn't missed a free throw in ten years" and then "Doink" Fred throws a brick and loses the game in overtime. Scares me a tad when I see this stuff.

Yes, I hope that he immediately knocked on wood three times, threw salt over his shoulder, and purchased a jinx remover voodoo doll after coming out with that.

He did survive the Madden Curse the year he was on the cover - although I think his knee got banged up that year and he played hurt several weeks...
