I get to be "Ebullient" the following weekend, when those forty whiners come to town. I'm so jacked for my yearly pilgrimage to the Cresent city. Winning this weekend over the faders will only make it better. I do get down there sometimes for work, for instance I got to deliver a load of flour to Zatarains recently and I got a big kick out of that.
