Last time I checked the dome was pretty much in the thick of things down there...walking distance from Bourbon St...and I know he has to go there at least 10 times a year. I don't think things are that much better out at the training facility...you know...where he works everyday. I could imagine they might pop over to have a po-boy one day and interrupt a hold-up in progress.

I am not trying to criticize NO, I am just talking about reality.
