Having reviewed the testimony very carefully, including documentary evidence that is at the center of the conflict, and having assessed the credibility of the four central witnesses on these matters, I find there is more than enough evidence to suggest Commissioner Goodell is an irredeemable fascist a**hole with a tiny penis, and his actions in this case have become a massive public embarrassment to his noble office, but he was also my hand-picked successor and I'd like to salvage some sort of relationship with the National Football League, and so I'm going to toss out his penalties and then try to confuse you with a vague affirmation of Mr. Goodell's findings.
