In reality this is a PRIVATE matter between employees and employer. The public has no right to these transcripts.

The only right we could possibly have to any transcripts are from Vilma's defamation case against Goodell because that is held in an actual court.

I get what your saying...I would rather it be released to the courts for Vilma's defamation case than to the public disect. Although it is kind of a catch 22 for me as well because how can it be fair to release certain pieces of evidence that does nothing but sway public opinion in their favor but not release the transcripts as a whole that can show both sides of the story?

That goes on every day in every courtroom. Lawyers turn a blind eye to evidence they uncover during their investigation that might incriminate their client.

It is only unethical and misconduct if the other lawyer finds out you have it.
