New Orleans Saints interim coach Joe Vitt has no qualms taking responsibility for team's failures
Now that the New Orleans Saints' season has reached the point that the postseason is highly unlikely and the time has come when the fingers begin to be pointed, interim coach Joe Vitt remains at the podium, taking all of the responsibility.
"It's my responsibility," Vitt said Wednesday afternoon prior to a report being made public in which former defensive coordinator Gregg Williams testified that Vitt prevented him from stopping the team's pay-for-performance program. "I have great respect for this football team. I haven't done a good enough job of educating them, especially (because) we have a lot of new young faces on this team, to explain exactly what wins for us and exactly what wins in the National Football League. I trust our team. I love this team. I love this coaching staff. I have no qualms about taking responsibility and shouldering the blame. I've got to do a better job. And if I do a better job, then our players and coaches will do a better job." New Orleans Saints interim coach Joe Vitt has no qualms taking responsibility for team's failures | NOLA.com |

Haven't been too impressed with Vitt...

Funny how he side stepped the question about Williams statement. Not even considering that statement to be true, I have a feeling there are going to be some coaching changes made when this disaster of a season is over.
