I do understand why Flacco would be asking for that type of money, and I do understand why the Ravens would want to re-sign him, especially now after they won the SB with Flacco.

But, if they are going to give Flacco the type of contract New Orleans just gave Drew Brees - I have severely overestimated how good of a GM Ozzie Newsome really is.

Although, them having to overpay Flacco would mean that they couldn't keep hold on to some of their players, which could be a good thing as far as the Saints are concerned.

Its a starting point for Flacco imo,he will re-sign for 15ml for so
