I know me personally always find myself trashing Jenkins and Harper all the time!....but honestly I still want them on the team Jenkins went through a position change and defensive scheme change within 2 years and has been inconsistent but I think given a full season at FS w/ Spags and the defense starting to come together it just might work out.

As For Harper I just dont give him enough credit he's #2 in the league for DB's in tackles and he has 15 PD and 2 INT's pretty impressive for a guy who looks and moves like his jersey #.

Note- Not saying I dont want to see improvements or certain moves done...Just want to make sure we got their best football before we start wanting to part ways.

I've been pretty hard on Harper and Jenkins in the last couple years, but I find that their made plays are more memorable than their broken ones anymore.

Not hating on Harper or Jenkins with my thread about Quddus and bush

Harper and Jenkins have made a ton of plays for us, people tend to forget how many plays roman Harper makes and bash him because he wasn't good in coverage, he's gotten a lot better though

At the same time I just don't think you can ignore a player like Quddus who looks like he has good ball skills, can locate the ball in the air and has made quite afew plays the last two weeks

I dunno, seems to me when the defense really got it going in the Tampa Game, Jenkins and Harper was on the sideline.

Truthfully it has been like that most of the season, its usually Quddus and Bush back there when the defense makes a play.

I'm all for getting something out of Jenkins. A draft pick would do nicely. The guy will never be a FS. He's had his chance, let him go. Harper which I think the world of, will be a cap casulty.

Between the 2, Harper has made the most progress this season. Like 65 said, Jenkins is not a FS. he just don't get it. I am all for trying to put him back to CB or Nickle back. I just don't wanna see him playing FS anymore.

Maybe playing as a zone CB would be less to think about for him. I think he is having to make to many decisions playing FS and they are usually wrong.

Oh I agree w/ you dizzle 100% Isa def. cant be ignored and if he plays well I dont mind him being back there Im #TeamIsa...I just think Jenkins best football is yet to come w/ Full season in this defense w. Spags but It HAS to be NOW! and if cant do that and Isa can then so be it #42 it is

I still have faith in Jenkins' abilities, and also hope he remains a Saint. I have two Jenkins jerseys to prove it!!
