Odds are Saints will pick #17
Possible for Saints to have between #10 and #19 pick, with the best odds being #15 - #17.
51% chance of having the #17 pick... NFL Draft Order |
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
Don't really care right now.

Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
We pick right after all the impact players are gone.

Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
I like where we will be when we pick, lots of choices. Trade up for more picks or possibly get 1 of the best that is on the board. Hopefully Goddell gives us our #2 pick back abd we get the # 49th at the latest also. I think he has hurt us enough.

"We pick right after all the impact players are gone."
Just like we always do when we have a bad season. Just high enough to get a good not great player. This sucks. |
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
We can always move up to grab another pick, but do you guys really think RG is going to give us are pick back?
|
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
Yeah I'll be shocked if we get our 2nd rounder back. Goodell won't admit that he botched the investigation, not surprisingly, so I highly doubt he'll concede anything else.

Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
Since Tag's decision, I'd say we have a better chance of seeing monkey's fly. Roger's gotta as many dig's in as possible. In "his" mind his suspension and ruling was without a doubt the the correct one, and the only one that could have been rendered.

Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
Why don.t tag give some suspension to goodellfor freakin up our year that would have put us right there with the clowns @ 12-3 and aboit to lock up hfa

Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
We don't exactly have the best history of drafting 1-15, so I'm good with where we are.
|
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
We will never know what the team's draft board looks like.
I DO know that this organization will pick best player available in the first round. In Loomis I Trust! |
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
One of the best draft picks we ever had was pick number 23 so I think we can find a good pick at 17.
|
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
If we dont upgrade our front we.ll have to go db in first. Period
|
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
Emmit Smith, Nate Solder, DJ Williams, Damian Woody were all picked at 17 just to mention a few.
|
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
combine and scouting hype will push some players higher than they should be. Lets hope a solid player drops into our lap.
nice thing about 15 - 20 they are historical high pick range traded. I think we will be sitting ok either way. It is the saints historical injury picks in the mid round that worries me |
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
Trade it away and get 2 2nd round picks
|
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
Give me six or seven, six or seven round draft picks. We seem to do well with them.
|
Re: Odds are Saints will pick #17
The good news is the team is only a handful of players away from a top 15 defense. And that's all we need to make another SB run.
Let Spags find his OLB, DT, and play-making DE. Round 1 possibilities: DE/DT Sheldon Richardson Mizzou OT Taylor Lewan CB Johnthan Banks 6-2/185 Finally a CB over 6 feet!!! |
