Titus Young (drafted 2011) caused huge problems in the Lions lockerroom and from what I've been seeing, a lot of these young/new guys in the league have huge character issues.
I say Vilma & a couple team veterans round up the new guys & let the hazing begin. Stress it out of 'em until one of 'em cracks,  .
