3 Small-School Gems the Saints Could Target
1 Attachment(s)
By Jason Bernos (Featured Columnist) bleacherreport.com - The New Orleans Saints are really good at two things in the Sean Payton regime: Ticking Roger Goodell off and finding small-school, diamond-in-the-roughs. The latter usually gives the Who Dat Nation pause before they realize that this is the norm for the Black and Gold.

It seems that Louisiana has a knack for producing small school impact players at corner. You hear about a new one every year from down here.

They sure do seem like they can go in the early rounds........that's unusual for small schools.

That Cornell guy seems allright but from this limited film I am quite unsure if he has the footwork needed to play tackle in the NFL.
That Brandon Williams kid I'd like to see more film on. 6'2 330 is a whole lot of mass you have to move in the middle. |
