Much has been written about the alleged “Pay for Injury” program of the New Orleans Saints. There is no proof that this alleged program ever existed.

In fact, the tragedy is that there has been no hard evidence whatsoever to justify Commissioner Roger S. Goodell’s decision to suspend the Saints’ General manager, coaches and current & former players, as well as forfeiting their top draft pick prior to the 2012 season. Now that most of the real facts have emerged, it is evident that the Commissioner jumped the shark in his zeal and rush to judgment against the New Orleans Saints.

Since Goodell has yet to admit wrongdoing, I decided to take the liberty of writing a letter he can use as a template if he ever decides to make things right. He should feel free to copy this as closely as he likes.
