I'd like to see McMahon get it next, but you can't replace everyone all at once. Or can he?

McMahon is not going anywhere. Highly unlikely anyway. He and Payton go way back. Sloppy unprepared special teams that occasionally pull a crazy miracle out their rear end, is just how this Saints team rolls.
