The Sun Sentinel reports, citing ESPN, retired RB Ricky Williams might file bankruptcy in hope of avoiding repayment of $8.6 million the franchise is trying to recoup in light of his retirement. Williams received a warning letter from the Dolphins last week stating he had until Monday to report or they would begin the recoupment process. Williams didn't report.

I heard this on the news last night too, they were saying he had already hired an attorney in an attempt to liquidate assets. What a loser. I hope they take everything but his dreads.
