Rafael Bush says he has re-signed

We may have locked him up due to Harpers contract. Bush is probably a decent option if we lose Harper.

I really like Harper, but not at 7 million in this scheme, and not when we're 30 million over the cap. We have to downgrade somewhere and this is a 3 million dollar downgrade that doesn't hurt us that much.

I agree. Feels like they might be flirting with the thought of letting Harper go or having him restructure which I thought he should have done last season anyway.

ST: Courtney Roby rated as the 15th best special teamer out of over 1,000 people graded. Awesome for him, and totally deserved. The Saints are crazy if they don't re-sign him. Isa Abdul-Quddus graded poorly and was tied for 3rd in missed tackles. Seems like tackling is IAQ's issue at the moment.

A restricted free agent is a player who has received a "qualifying" offer (negotiated in the CBA) from his old club, but is free to negotiate with any club through the free agent signing period.
