Ok... I wasn't even close to being serious about this.
It honestly was a jab at all the post about getting offensive players when we clearly need defense.

Even if Alex Smith was availble and wanted to come here I wouldn't want him.

That's the next "new thing" 2 QB's on offense at the same time!! Two centers too. You line up in that goofy fake field goal look! First you hide the ball so the defense doesn't know which "team" has it!! Can you imagine!! I shouldn't make fun of it. Somebody will try it, wait and see!

If he goes somewhere else, Alex Smith as a starter on a team without a monster defense to bail him out is a scary, scary thought. If his defense can't hold the other team under 21 points, Smith as QB is a recipe for a 4-12 season.
