Well it does seem like there's some interest in him from the Saints:

Former LSU CB Tyrann Mathieu, Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan chat Tuesday at the NFL Scouting Combine

There's been much debate among Saints fans as to whether the Saints should pursue former LSU cornerback Tyrann Mathieu in April's NFL draft. It looks like the Saints had some interest in Mathieu on Tuesday.

"Sitting next to RobRyan ! He Is a cool and down to earth person! #1stclass," Mathieu said via Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.

Who knows what the conversation entailed, but the Saints could definitely use a playmaker in the secondary in their new 3-4 defensive scheme. Stay tuned ...
