Live in Dallas, have seen him play a few times. He is a BEAST. Obviously played against a lower level of competition, but there were games where opposing teams simply couldn't block him. He's freaky strong, really fast for his size, and his length makes him a good weapon for knocking down passes and field goals. IIRC he has an insane amount of FG blocks.

I wouldn't mind if we got him. Jordan and Hunt as DEs would be a great start. Would till leave us needing a passrusher but in good shape on the DL.

I like Hunt but he is not worth #15. 2nd rd bottom 1st.

He's had one good year against some very weak competition. With his size and athleticism, along with the fact he was 4-5 years older than his competition(almost 26 now), he should have dominated at SMU. In relation to where he's projected, he is one of the riskiest picks out there.

I love his athletic ability, but I couldn't pull the trigger on Hunt with a first round pick... even if it were a low one.

some gambles are bigger than others. he is a third round project player in my book so bottom of the second is a reach i could live with. any higher and i am not so happy. so i do not think he is really an option unless the saints trade down and get multi picks and then move up if needed to get him. but i do not see that happening.
