Can anybody explain why we dont have our 2nd round pick this year? The whole bounty scandal was supposivly dropped

It was dropped against the players not the team or coaches.

i thought the nfl case for this years second pick was weak to say the least but to date it has not been challenged and in likely wont be

Vilma wouldn't let the bounty gate thing go and it pizzed of Godhell, because people just say yes to him no matter how stupid the rules he wants to implement.

Charges against the players were dropped, not the team. The NFL was still going to punish us however they could even if they couldn't punish the players.
