Of course he could. From what I've seen in pre-season he'd be as good as at least 1/3 of the starting QB's in this league.

I'm kinda curious to see how he'd do as a starter somewhere else.

Well hope he does become a starter I think he could be good somewhere with a good run game... Jacksonville ? ? ? Could be dangerous !
